a teacher starts a new job at a primary school in merseyside, to try and make a good impression she says to the class that she's a big football fan and supports liverpool. She asks the kids to raise their hands if they support liverpool too. Everyone in the class raises their hands apart from one little girl. Teacher looks at the girl with surprise and says, "Mary, why didnt you raise your hand?"..."because i;m not a liverpool fan, miss" she replies.  The teacher then asks, "well, if you're not a liverpool supporter, which team do you support?"....."West Ham, miss, and proud of it"...The teacher can't get her head round this and asks, "how did you become a West Ham fan mary?"...."well miss, my mum and dad are from the east end and are big hammers fans, so i'm a west ham fan aswell"....The teacher then says, "thats doesnt mean to say you have to support them too, you dont have to be just like your parents do you?..What if your mum was a prostitute and your dad was a thieving drug addict...would you be like them then?"....."no", mary smiles..."i'd be a liverpool fan"
