Not if he's right he hasnt For the record 7 days is usual clearence for the cup.  So even if your not cup tied you have to of been signed for 7 days I believe.  (Could be 5 days for Senior/Junior/Merorial and 7 days for Lincs) not fully sure.

think that rule been changed aswell now riggy..hour b4 kick off aswell i believe...but you have to transfer b4 the quater final stage otherwise you are cup tied
