There should be a very strong 1st and 2nd teams next season with Tap & Spile with alot of interest I as manager decided we have the backing to run a 2nd team.In the first team we have 3 div 1 players lads lined up,along with a few under 18's lads from Louth United.Nephi Ashton will be in charge of the 2nds and is already building a strong squad.If interested contact us on the numbers at top of the page for either the 1st or 2nds.

Saw Tap n Spile play SW Steelers on Sunday, wondering if you were playing the friendly you identified previously (and this was the 2nds team you put out).  With Treach running the line, T&S certainly lacked any cutting edge, whilst the Steelers side looked mennacing every time they attacked.

I was tempted with coming down for T&S to trial for the 2nds, but with that display, I was thinking of a position as player manager, chairman, secretary and club mascot too?  

The whole team looked disjointed, there was no bite in midfield, nor was there any cohesion or talking in the middle of the park.  A shame really, because SW Steelers had a weakened team out and it was an opportunity for you to clinch promotion, now it needs a vast improvement this weekend!!!

Both Tap teams should be strong next season, will be good to see how it all comes together pre-season, Tap have great backing and support and are looking good already for next season
