Is it true that no teams from the Grimsby League have been entered into the Saturday Lincs cup this year because of a cock up by the League ???

Just didn't see any Grimsby teams on the website for round one and somebody said it's because the league messed up and never entered anybody. Hope that's not true, surly the league can't be that stupid, can they??

definitely no grimsby teams in lincs cup. going to be an extra cup competition. i should think it will be the supplementary shield.

What about the money that every club has already paid to enter the Lincs cup? Does this mean the league will run a pointless cup so they don't have to give it back?
