Walcott was a big suprise tonight i think, never expected him to play like that but fair play to the lad and lets not put him under alot of pressure.

wasnt walcott told he needs to have a good seaso otherwise hes out of arsenal?

is it me or was ashley cole shit in the first half hour or so?? every attack they had came down his side, just wondered if im the only one who noticed.

tbh i thought walcott was pretty gash in first 20mins or so, never had ball under control and just seemed out of it, even on his first goal i was shoutin, square it to rooney.....but what do i know

i agree, don't think he was awesome, didnt attack the defence and tear them to shreds like owen used to. he was in the right place at the right time for the first two goals, ok he did well for the third. i do think him and rooney can play together in the future though, if rooney insists on coming deep all the frigging time, that was driving me mental!
