Fifa president Sepp Blatter is set to propose a rule limiting the number of foreign players in a starting line-up to five..... i think it will only benefit the game and more importantly should improve the england squad ,

i disgree...
instead of limiting how many foreigners you can have,
they should make a minimum requirment of english players...

so each team HAS to have say 5 english players.

will never happen you cannot stop people from playing for a football team it`s discrimanation you cannot say no sorry you carn`t play because your not english

well brazil have hardly any of their players playin in own country yet they seem to produce the odd good player lol and win the odd thing now n again....portugal seem to be there or there abouts recently and would say most of theirs dont play for portugese clubs, if you're good enough you'll get thru the system, if kids arent coming thru, be it down to coachin or woteva at lower levels then you're gonna end up watchin average players playin for your side.

theres nothin stoppin english players doin well in other leagues.
