How the hell does a guy:

  1. Invest 10 Million.
  2. Have no real expenses.
  3. Recoup at least 7-8 Million
  4. Have a PERSONAL  debt owed to him of over 24 Million?

That means that he owns or controls the people that had previous
debts. Is there another explanation?

If this is so. How did it come about? More important than this. We
know this guy has a great love of real estate. He is obsessed by it.
The two major assets are ------ Real Estate. What a coincidence . An
even bigger one is that we do not know who owns ER or TA,
our two major assets. Is this the personal debt ?

Again we have to believe in amazing luck and genius off the cuff

You've got to hand it to him, that's sound business, buy low sell
