Both teams got a bye into the next round of the memorial cup so we decided to arrange a friendly for this week.

Ohhh bugger it here we go lol.....

Evo attacked straight from the off and scored a well placed goal within a minute but Terminals pulled one back with a good header from a corner a few minutes later. Both teams were able to get forward and create chances and it was Evo who took the lead again through a brilliant chip that left the cheaper stunned. Terminals again equalised with a tap in and were looking a match for Evo considering the difference in leagues. Just before half time Evo went infront for the third time in the game after a mix up in the Terminals defence - a short free kick played to the full back and as he was turning an Evo winger took the ball played a through ball in which the Terminals defender tried to cut out but turned in to his own net. The second half started exactly as it was left with both teams getting forward and having a few shots on goal but boths keeper pulled off some good saves. Evo then made it 4-2 with another well placed goal which then became 5-2 with another shot into the bottom corner. Terminals though still had other ideas and a well worked move and lay off set up a low drill into the bottom corner to make it 5-3. That then became 5-4 when a mistake in the Evo defence let Terminals in again to bundle the ball home. Evo made the game safe though with 10 minutes to go - a clearance from a corner fell to the full back to sent a half volley crashing past the keeper to make it 6-4.
