pattesonsfc 5 v 4 wybers

pattesonsfc held on to take all 3 points off division rivals wybers. Wybers started the game with 10 men due to a lot of absentees and pattesons took full advantage with excellent link up play by hannibel to set crooks free one on one with the keeper and placing the ball into the bottom corner. pattesons started pilling on the presure to the 10 man wybers and was delivering a lot of balls into the box which resulted in 3 more goals before the half was over, with crooks netting his second. There was plenty more chances before the half was up but with pattesons strikers sensing glory and not working as a team the result stayed 4-0 at half time.

second half:

complete turn round second half, wybers were now joined by an eleventh man and pattesons beleiving the game was over lost concetration. wybers started to play some excellent football thru the middle resulting in a corner kick, the ball was wipped in and cadge was unmarked to header there first goal home, this gave wybers a new belief and 2 more goals followed to peg pattesons back to a 1 goal lead. Pattesons still couldnt get there passing game together as wybers threatened the equalizer, but then a rear second half attack saw Jagger chip/ scissor kick the ball past the keeper to have his shoot rebound off the cross bar and land at hannibels feet who missed cued his shot only for it to somehow find the back of the net. Still wybers hadnt given up and there hard work resulted in another goal with the impressive cadge bagging a hatrick, but with minutes left this was to late and pattesons clung onto the lead, earning a good 3 points

excuse me tom barber chip the keeper???? im sure it was my thunderous scissor kick which cannoned of the crossbar an hit lee on the knee  

are you sure jags? i thort they hauled your lazy arse off at half time

both good lads gaz and addo .addos quality footballer only bloke i know daft enough to square up to big davo during a match and they was in same team .i had some good times with gaz when i played for a real hainton side full of characters ie steve pearce ,noddy cartwright,john taylor ,wilf brown,lee keyes,and not forgetting ashy and the red rooster dicky
