jubilee travelled to wetlands as the reigning champions and were meeting the current league leaders,
jubilee got of to a flier wen on 3 mins Luke Todd lashed a goal in from 30 yards, a fine strike from a lad who impresses more each time he plays, jubilee soon made it 2, when after great play by Ian Ritchie he floated a ball in to the box, Dave Walsh nodded the ball in to the path of Stewart graham to beat the keeper to the ball and slot it home, 2-0 and barely 5 mins on the clock, this early onslaught caught wetlands cold and the third soon followed when Luke Todd popped up at the far post with the simplest of headers after the ball had been bouncing around the 6 yard box, wetlands were stunned jube had had 4 attacks and were 3-0 up,
wetlands were creating chances a plenty but couldn't find the net,
that changed just before half time when wetlands grabbed a deserved goal to go in at half time 3-1 down.
the second half was a bit of a poor relation to the first half and it took a weird slice of luck for jubilee to increase there lead, Dave Walsh picked up the ball in his own half, jinked past a couple of players and tried his luck from 35 yards, his shot cannoned of a wetlands defender went miles in the air, keeper Dixon then tried to chest the ball out while stood on his line, it hit his chest dropped down hit his foot and went between his legs for a jubilee goal, 4-1 but still plenty of time left, wetlands closed the gap once more with a sloppy goal witch came from as much poor defending as good finishing, 4-2 the introduction of poacher supreme jonnie Willis led to jubes fifth and final goal, a shot by Danny leak could only be parried by Dixon and up popped jonnie on the spot to hammer the ball home from 10 yards, the game fizzled out after this, and the jubilee had beaten a very tricky opponent who will win far more than they lose,
