Fieldsy- we have a game on Hereford alredy on Wednesday - the saturday side needed the game on the Tuesday - cheers anyway!

yeh sorry mate 2moro is the only day we've got it for and its the saturday team not the sunday one, but we'll have to cancell it, i think most teams have got there friendlies sorted out till the season starts now. thanks anyway

Pattessons i shouldnt think youll have many problems with Fairdeal m8. From what i hear they are struggling to put 11 players out and have lost every pre season game so far with 2 of them being to div 6 and div 7 teams. As for Ash Kiss i dont wanna slag the guy off but until i hear from him i 'll presume he is unreliable as i wanted to see him in our last friendly which was his last chance for a run out b4 the season started and he never turned up so its end of story for him as far as i'm concerned m8. It aint as if he couldve had it any better is it? Brought him on for the 2nd half on Thursday, he scored, we won 4-0 and i was well pleased with him and told him bout Sunday so he said he will be there but like i said he wasnt and i dont know why but 1 thing i dont like is players who let you down and even less so if they dont have the decency to let you know m8. If thats what he does for a friendly, as far as i'm concerned he aint gonna get the chance to let us down in the league. Ive got another 20 odd blokes that have been here alot longer than him who want a game more than he seems to.Like you say though seems to have some potential maybe just a bit of a big "i am" attitude but would be good to find out what really happended as he seemed a decent enuff fella. As you can see m8 i run a strict ship and i go mad at the twats even if they miss a training session  all they have to do is let me know which is all you can ask as gaffer

Thats very true Chiffy. Everyone has a mobile phone now, the only time you can't use them is when your in bed, still sleeping, pissed up from the night before.

Fair doo's Chiffy, I didnt really want to slag the guy off and wont but we had a very similar situation with him and one or two others now, he did talk about coming down but I am like you - have got plenty of decent players now and am not going to upset them for the sake of one bloke, nice lad but unreliable.
Wouldnt get in in front of the lad we have playing left side now anyway.

Having no fone credit is not an option in my books Tom. That is the kind of thing i would expect to hear from a 14 year old in my opinion. There are housefones, mates mobys, doorbells, doorknockers, let someone else know to pass the message on, loadsa options. The thing that bores me most m8 is i bend over backwards for any of my lads and if i think i am letting them down it bothers me whereas when the boots on the other foot a few of them lack the effort and dont seem to have a care in the world.
