Got a friendley against these on Sunday anyone know much about them.

Is that at the College again? If so i'll probably pop over and have a nose as they are in our league. Came up from 8 last year so don't know much about them to be honest.

It is mate 10.45 kick off. £2 admission for you. Have to try and get there first to make sure we get 2 nets this time. Think ted has some more new players to try out.
Am sure gy bloke will predict us to lose as usual.

We played them last season. They were generally just a big really physical team, nothing special-if you keep the ball on the deck and play football they shouldn't be any trouble, well from how they played last season anyway.

Apart from the odd late challenge etc, they were a good bunch of lads although when playing at Revolting Drive in 'Ming the abuse our linesman got was a bit out of order.  

Have recently spoken to one of their players and he said they'd been struggling to get a team together pre-season and either hadn't played any games or had only played one with a make shift team.

FAO Les, wouldn't worry about them this season although they did pick up the odd surprising result! (beat Bluestone 2nds 3-0 last game which, us drawing our last game gave us second place!)

Limey i was watching a bit of the Tap VS Pattersons game and have to say after all the good things ive heard about your boys they were absolute shite m8. I left after half an hour cos we had training on the astroturf but all i can remember was half your team were little older than 13 and a chunky guy with a leg brace on upfront who moaned all the time and where were you? I thought you were tap thru and thru? Good keeper though, he trained with us a few seasons ago.

It was my girlfriends birthday mate so had to take her out for a meal,  (would have had an ass kicking if not!   ) Def recommend upstairs in the Beluga Lounge though!

I heard we played not just shite but super shite, only saving grace was we were missing 5 first teamers who'll def make the difference when they're back. As i was telling Northy least he knows not to play some players in certain positions now after that showing! We played Drinksys Builders on the Monday and lost 2-0 although we had 90% of the posession. They had 3 shots, 2 went in and we had over 20 with only their keeper playing a blinder & some unlucky deflections not letting us score! It is a young team though although most of them are prob 18-early 20's so that makes me the grandad although having a drink with them is fun as generally i'm one of the few who doesn't get ID ha ha!


Shame wasn't there as it'd have been good to catch up, will probably bump into you at Bradley etc this season!

Just about m8, got last friendly tomoz and weve won our last 2 so my starting 11 has just about sorted itself out bar swapping the odd fullback and striker here and there.
