The Cricks best win of pre-season so far against a well organised FFB team. 0-0 at half time but Cricks seemed to want it a bit more 2nd half and scored 2 goals through Nick Rook and Liam Anderson. A great all round team performance by Cricks who looked particularly solid at the back.

did fairfield have a full team out, if yes thats a very good result,

yeah we had a full team out, to be honest like les said they wanted it more, only me and D Gibbs really who put the 100% in, they are goona be hard to brake down at the back deff, i think we tried to play to much football andt should mix the play  long like Cricks, well done Les Treach Etc Etc, hold my hands up to u lot, but i made sure that the lads new how very unh happy i was, i also thought mine and Treach's battle was the high lite of the match

I thought we tried to play a bit of football too at time, it wasn't just the long ball like Town last year. We have some good individuals and thought at times we played some great stuff.

if the long ball works, then why not use it, some of our players play to much football, now and a gain you need to play long

didnt mean that les, all i ment was u played football but also mix the play with a long ball which we never seem to do m8, i want to say good luck , but after your perfomance , and i know it wasnt a one off you dont really need it, ure division needs to be aware

A good game and a fair, hard one too! We'll mix it in 7 this year and providing things go well start pushing old Westy/Wraithy up the Leagues a little.............need to keep our young 'uns feet on the floor though - nothing is ever won in July!!! Well except Pre-Season friendlies      

and the world cup.

fair play to the cricks tho a good display by them fought for everything something we didnt do (dont know why) got caught out by the long ball a few times something we need to work on and just tried to play football no plan b ie long ball or anything although it was 0-0 till i went off (what does that tell you eh they scored witin 2 mins of me leaving the field through injury) although i didnt have the greatest game admittedly and a loss which will probly fire us up for coming season good to get defeat out the way b4 the season starts

so who won the cross bar challenge then.

me the only one to hit it from the half way line
