I take our training Sunday's @ Barretts 10-12 if anyones interested, it doesnt matter what level you think your at as thats what trainings for, i take our Lads and some 7 Seas firsts and 2nds come down as there training hasnt commenced yet, must warm you tho, that allot of it this Pre- Season is fitness and around 30-45 minutes ball work, but everyone stil enjoyes it and theres a great crack, so who ever you are what ever League your in and you fancy some extra training get your ass down yur more than welcome

Our boys (Harlem) are starting our pre season training this Sunday, we are all an unfit bunch of tossers and I hear your pre season training is legendary Scott, do you mind if we come along and join in, we could definitely do with getting in shape and we all have a good crack?!!?

Has anyone heard from anyone who went to Sadlers training camp yet? I'm still waiting for some of them to call home to say theyre alright after their marine session but its getting on a bit now so i reckon they might be MIA
