I don't normally go down this road but i really could do with a few, good, hardworking comitted players. I've lost 3 players recently due to work comittments and one player i've lost because he thought he could get away with playing for 2 Sunday teams.

We were runners up last year in divison 5 but we struggling a bit this season. Probably due to having a few players who are a bit inexperienced.

I normally play 3-5-2. Could really do with an attacking midfielder most of all, a striker and a centre back.

i play up front holding player, am not getting much of a look in at my present team, he plays all his m8s played 4 before and won the league leave message if interested

i might just do that, my present team train on thursday i will av a word with the manager an see what his plans are, if i dont start on sunday am fucking them off, dont want to be wasting my time on the bench when i could be playing....cheers spud

Before I start this message Im not usually one to air any dirty washing in public but as you have begun the merry go round..................  

To be fair Spud, I only got your signing on form officially back for you to play this weekend, have had a look at you in training and you have had a run out from the bench. Its fair to say you are a good player and we are not blessed with tonnes of quality ourselves but I would like to make a couple of points...........

a) As I said your signing on form only arrived to make you eligible this Sunday.... I was hardly gonna throw you straight away and piss my other forwards off when I hadnt even received your form?

b) I wanted to take a look at you from the bench before throwing you straight on the pitch and having seen you I think it is fair to say you would quite probably hold down a starting place with no problems...

however to come on here looking for another team and saying a) I play 'all my mates' and b) you are going to 'fuck us off this Sunday if you dont start' without having even taken the time to talk to me is a bit out of order and leaves me questioning your commitment. You have run a side before m8 and know its not easy keeping everyone happy and how frustrating it is having people bitch behind your back. I was planning to make quite a few changes this Sunday and yes you were going to start but I wont be held to ransom, so we will see. If you wish to go somewhere else then I will sign your transfer form, I only want people who want to play for the team as a whole. If you want to stay then you are welcome. The choice is yours.

not trying to upset anyone, in all honesty Id rather Spud stayed, good lad and a good player. Just cant be doing with the old play me or I leave thing. Surely you gotta be prepared to wait a little while for your chance and then grab it with both hands when it comes?? And prove this dumb old manager wrong!!  

yes i hold my hand up dave am sorry for going on here and trying to fix myself up with a team i apologise, i sent you a text after the game sunday which by the sounds of it u never got .
i got pissed of sunday because i came on for 10 minutes, which i have done now for the past 4 games,how can you change a game with that amount of time on the pitch.it seems you play the same team each week, and every week the same set of players are getting beat, why not give the fringe players a chance? these players that start every week are the reason the teams struggling . drop them that will give them the kick up the arse they need, they take there position in the team for granted. like a said dave am sorry but when u see players who are not performing and your sat on the bench  watching it its frustrating knowing you could do a better job,the lad who played upfront sunday is decent, but he had no one up there to help him or pass to, which means the balls coming straight back up the other end putting our ageing defence under pressure. c u thursday if baby hasnt arrived by then

No m8 never got the text on Sunday. Like I said only thing that really bothered me was the fact that you hadnt spoken to me before trying to sort yourself a new team (which it seemed you had tried to do by texting me), plus the fact you hadnt really given us a fair crack of the whip.  

The reason the team hasnt changed that much recently is that although losing most of the guys I felthad been turning out some reasonable performances which werent being reflected in results and I didnt want to be making changes for changes sake. However Sundays performance (particularly the first 20 mins as I thought from that point on we were much better) has convinced me its time to make some changes. On Sunday if you remember I asked you to warm up and get ready then we scored the 2nd goal, at that point it felt only right that I gave the guys another 5 mins to see if we could get another back. Thats why you only got 15 mins.

This Sunday we should have Kev available (should his transfer come through in time), our 2 foreign friends (should their clearnce come through) and we also have a 17yr old centre half coming down to training on Thursday who if he immpresses will get signed with a view to having a look at him on Sunday. Believe me m8 there were going to be changes to the team beore our little debate began and there still will be, the lads that start dont expect to be guaranteed a place and some of the fringe guys deserve another shot. We need to finish this season strongly and look ahead and build for next season too.

Call  me old fashioned if you like Dave but it seems like lack of communication has caused the problem here.A good face to face clear the air chat with people is more effective than all this texting bollocks.
