Think it's a week on Sunday, we've got a cup match this week.  

just remember greenlands have had some shocking results against some poor teams however the league title is within touching distance and we do intend to win it weve already beaten the top 2 and we intend 2 do it again.

after looking at the striders pitch i can't see them playing again at home this year..

bring on adcocks next week as we TRY to climb the table, finishing mid table after the start we made would be a great achievement and if im honest for once im optimistic and dont see why we can't

Your right allan it`s a bloody mess, both pitches are unplayable. Worringly striders` pitch is also De kymes and FC Loco`s so things could get complicated.

yup dekymes was the other game cancelled i think the pitches got  a fuckin lake all the way round em tho so drainage is well erm

Yep the pitches arent the best, but after playing on roval for years last sundays game could have gone ahead...ive certainly played on it in much worse conditions. I think the groundsman just wanted it all to himself.

hafta agree m8 if ur talking the nr pitch was nothing wrong only a puddle in the goal but (5 ways) played in a mudbath last week against harlem and we wnet ahead yet yours never.. nevermind tho back to it on sunday

Im sure the whole of the grimsby and district sunday league feel for you mate. Its abit poop dragging a hangover all the way to football only to find out the groundsman wasnt going to let me run it off....ruined my day, had a headache all afternoon thanks to him.

never played in divsion 8  but is it as easy as people say ??

daft as it sounds div 8 is prolly one of the tougher leagues.. new teams coming in and trying to prove their worth a few half decent sides come from div 8 past couple of yrs... banana was in div8 last season i had played b4 this one
