For instance we knocked out a Div 3 team in the lincs cup and were a penalty away from knocking out Div 2 Hainton Saab just before the game went into extra time. Yet we felt Novartis were the best side we've played all season and they're currently in Div 5. The top teams in 5 would do well in Div 3 if not Div 2, I'm sure of that. I think you should earn the right to get promoted through the divisions though and I can't see that any team from Div 8 would be promoted above 6 if at all. We'll keep plugging away and enjoying our football.

Your definately a good team, ive played against you and watched you this season and your by far the the best team in Division 8.

Cheers Phil. To be fair we have 3 players who used to play regularly in Div 1 so they've brought that experience to the team. I also played in Div 1 as well though only for 1 season - boy was it tough.

We've got a really good bunch of lads and we don't tend to point the finger at anyone when things don't go to plan.  If you stick together and enjoy your football you can't go far wrong. Good luck with your last match on Sunday.

Still cant see it happening unless a load of teams drop out.Theres not enough pitches as it is and some of the school pitches are not gonna be available soon so I cant see the league wanting to create more problems for themselves.

The ones that are merging with the college as academies Havelock Wintringham are 2 .Its not immediate but the sports grounds of those two schools are being developed.

I thought we played well 2day after being 2 nil down in the 1st half we didn't argue with each other which i suppose was a change lol. I have criticised our manager these pass few weeks but i must admit he got it spot on 2day changed it at the right time. Also well played jonesy noticed the difference when u came on, well played 2 Grimsby Warriors as well gave us a game only down point was the collision of heads which a GY Warriors player was forced off hope it isn't 2 bad.

GB Terminals 1 - Inkworks FC 5
Well done to the Inkworks lads today. Good performance that slid to a bit of a comedy show towards the end.
Well done also the Terminals who battled all game and never gave up.

Look forward to where we get offered for the next season as finished joint 4th with another very good division 8 side.

I thought it was a comedy show throughout myself lol. Dont think half of your team liked my rough and ready approach though.

To right phil.
I think your team played well but couldnt quite get anything together.
Keep that team and you may do something next year.
Good luck for next year and that goes to all the division 8 teams who are staying.
Cheers from all the management at Inkworks FC.

Dont know if i will be signing for them next season or not yet mate. Played in division 5 with Evo most of the season as a first team regular so i might look at playing in a higher league again. I think you lads will do alot better next season you seem to have a few good players. Your #9 called Sadler i think, he stood out for me in your side.

I will let him know that m8. Shame you are not sticking around for them next season, they could do with a few good players. But the draw of the higher leagues are getting the better of you.
Good luck for next season m8. Maybe we will meet you in a cup along the way.
Thanks

Had a few teams show an interest in me but i might just stick around and play with my mates. Apparently a few division 4 players are joining for next season along with a new manager, and also my cousin from Evo is signing.
