yeah ok you were shit for starters although i dont know who you are or where you played on the pitch  Nah the obvious player of quality in your team was the centreback with the very sweet pair of feet, put all your balls in,shaven head and the guy was a complete gent and had a sense of humour now he was brilliant. The other guy that stands out was think he was number 10 on the right wing, very fast and i felt i might have to change summits if he gave Ross the run around but he didnt seem to use his talent to the full until the last 20 mins.I also thought Sadler had to come too deep on more than 1 occasion cos his midfield were pushing further up than he was but then that doesnt really matter if you are winning games anyways but maybe if that happened last week then the Val maybe picked up on it. I did try to pack the middle in the 2nd half but the effort was not there so did not make any difference with 5 in there i might as well have put 10 in midfield. I know i wouldve put in 110% more effort if i was playing. Your egghead striker was also decievingly quicker than he looked.Cant think of anyone else who stood out as much as the players mentioned.

that`ll be ritchie taylor sweet left foot an quality player i played in the back 3 i was the one with hair an took most of the throwings about 6`3 dint think ure forwards were in the game much ure right winger was a good player in spells liked to take people on although was a bit greedy at times an ure defence were just too deep dont know if we caused that or thats how u play

and no-one mentionin the 2 or 3 point blank saves our keeper made says a lot about the result aswell and think i cleared 2 on the line aswell. Thing that fuked me off was givin away stupid free kicks to u lot wen we were strugglin to defend them anyway, most (not all) dont like defendin headers yet we gave u chance after chance to load it in the box. Think i'm one of the tallest and one of the few who will head it wen its there and i'm only 5'10 and yet u mustv have at least 4-5 6ft plus. Best one was the 2nd goal from free kick, one of our players was moanin why he had to be on our 18yd line defendin cos and i quote ' weve got 2 centre halves to do it'?????  so i'm yellin that theres 2 men spare and half of us just look around thinkin someone else will mark em in a min. Too many of us go missin wen theres a battle on, we'll match any team for effort wen they knock it around but wen a team really puts themselves about and load balls in box some of us disappear and dont think i'm sayin fairfields are a long ball team just that today all 3 goals came from set pieces lumped in the 6yd box. Ive always said that players on oppo side may be faster, fitter more skilful but one thing u can compete on equally is effort and determination and think we prob only had half a team doin that. But nothin away from fairfield performance, used the wind well and also played good stuff on the deck.

yeah u did give away far to many free kicks an a few of ure lads didnt like the physical approach too much we tried to play the ball on deck a lot but sometimes u need plan b and yesterday it worked by putting u under pressure from set pieces were our 3 goals came from    good luck for the season tho

To be honest I was surprised at how willing such a big team was willing to play on the deck so much.

valiant 3 - 2 laceby rbl scruffy game with a quite shoddy performance from the val boys    2-0 after a couple of mistakes and it was a battle the ball did just not want to go in after throwing everything at laceby we finally scored a goal and soon after 2 more followed, not 1 of the best performances but the 3 points is all the counts, scorers birdy,bj,lewis.

may of scraped home but at least we did ay thats all that counts,wind didnt help.

Captain marvel saved us yesterday he kept us running even when we were down to ten and then scored the winner mr hornegold played really well at left back to. up the val
